What is Qigong?
It is a healing exercise using technique that involves mediation, controlled breathing and movement exercises. it is a mind-body exercise much like yoga 
Benefits
builds bone density, loosens muscles, strengthens ligaments, decreases stress, reduces pain, lowers heart rate and blood pressure, improves breathing, improves posture, flexibility and aids in digestion and kidney function.

Chair Yoga (movement class)

What is Chair Yoga?
¨ It can improve your flexibility, concentration and strength, while boosting your mood, and reducing stress and joint strain.
¨ It is a gentle form of yoga that can be done while sitting.  Some poses can also be done standing using the chair for support.
