What is Qigong?
It is a healing exercise using technique that involves mediation, controlled breathing and movement exercises. it is a mind-body exercise much like yoga 
Benefits
builds bone density, loosens muscles, strengthens ligaments, decreases stress, reduces pain, lowers heart rate and blood pressure, improves breathing, improves posture, flexibility and aids in digestion and kidney function.
